We are Chloe and Jessica Bauer, Accredited Practising Dietitians and Credentialled Diabetes Educators passionate about providing warm, supportive, and personalised care across Bundaberg and the Wide Bay region.
 
Our approach is centred around practical, evidence-based support that feels realistic, collaborative, and compassionate. We believe lasting health change comes from feeling heard, empowered, and supported throughout your journey.
 
Alongside nutrition support, we also provide diabetes education and management for people living with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes, including support with diabetes technology such as Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and insulin pump therapy (Omnipod 5 Certified  Pump Trainers).

Meet Chloe 

Chloe has extensive experience across hospital, community, and specialist settings, with particular interests in gastrointestinal health and women’s health.
 

She has completed extended training in gastrointestinal nutrition and supports clients with a range of digestive conditions, including Disorders of the Gut–Brain Interaction (DGBI) such as IBS, alongside Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease, reflux, food intolerances, and other functional bowel disorders.
 

Chloe has a special interest and extended training in:

  • Bariatric surgery (pre- and post-operative care)

  • Gastrointestinal disorders

  • Disorders of the gut brain interaction

  • Women's health 

  • Disability-related nutrition support (including invisible illnesses; such as POTS/ EDS/MCAS)

  • Diabetes education (including diabetes technology)
     

Chloe has also undertaken training in the Crohn’s Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED), providing practical and tailored support for individuals with complex gastrointestinal conditions. 

 

Alongside her specialist interests, Chloe also supports clients with chronic disease management, diabetes, weight management, cardiovascular health, and general wellbeing nutrition.

Meet Jess

Jessica has a strong passion for paediatric nutrition and eating disorder care. She works closely with children and families to support feeding challenges, growth, and positive relationships with food in a safe and supportive environment.
 

Jessica has a special interest and extended training in:

  • Fussy eating

  • ARFID

  • Neurodiversity-related feeding concerns

  • Eating disorders 

  • Enteral nutrition support

  • Growth and nutritional concerns

  • Diabetes education (including diabetes technology)
     

Jessica is also a Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician with extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults through eating disorder recovery using a compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach.
 

Alongside her specialist interests, Jessica also supports clients with chronic disease management, diabetes, weight management, cardiovascular health, and general wellbeing nutrition.
