How to make a appointment
You can make an appointment by calling us directly or booking online at a time that suits you.Â
If you have any difficulty accessing the clinic (stairs), please give us a call—we’re currently in the process of installing an accessible ramp and are happy to assist in any way we can
Before Your Appointment
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to complete your client information paperwork and allow us time to gather your details.
If you are eligible for a rebate, please bring your valid Medicare and/or pension/ health care card.
You’re also welcome to bring along any relevant results, such as blood tests, pathology reports, or scans, to help us better support your care.
Making a appointmentÂ
To help us provide the best care, please bring your referral, Medicare card, a current medication list, and any recent blood test results to your visit.
If you keep food records, feel free to share those as well. We also encourage you to write down any specific questions you have so we can address them together.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any scheduling changes to help us offer the time to others.

Please note that late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $50; however, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and fees may be waived at our discretion.
